The Caribbean coast has a rhythm of its own. It’s the Costa Rica of Limón: Afro-Caribbean culture, calypso, wooden houses on stilts, jungle that comes right down to the sand and a sea that goes from turquoise to deep green. It has it all: black and white sand beaches, sloths in the trees above the road, coral reefs in Cahuita, the canals of Tortuguero where turtles nest, and the port city of Limón with its raw, photogenic texture. Because it is less developed than the Pacific, it rewards productions that plan ahead, and that is exactly what we do. We’re already in. And we’re opening all the doors for you.

From the waterways of Tortuguero and the reef of Cahuita National Park to Puerto Viejo, Playa Cocles, Punta Uva and the Manzanillo wildlife refuge, or the port and markets of Limón, the coast offers options for every kind of campaign. And if you venture inland, the map opens up to the banana plantations, the Pacuare river for rafting and adventure shoots and the indigenous territories of Talamanca. It’s no coincidence the Caribbean is where so many nature and travel productions end up. That said, reaching those locations isn’t always straightforward: a boat-only lodge, a national park permit or a community that needs to be asked first. That’s where we come in.
